Small cute park with boat ramp to put in for the Colorado river.
Two pokestops in the park, and 2 nearby gyms which are simple to hold, usually by valor (mine). Water biome. Need one of the other two to make regular takeovers, and we'll both get ~100 gold daily with a morning and evening swap.
It's small but really cute to bring small kids. And it's right next to the Colorado river so they can play in the water.
Not a bad place for river access, a few tables here to picnic and a playground for the kids. A few miles away is the big park you should enjoy it also.
